Front end
- Use CORE to rent your properties on your website or let Hotelzone.com rent your properties.
- Customized Design - You define the look and feel.
- Multi room reservation - limited only by allotment.
- Navigation: Next/Last bar in html ad and in the calculation module.
- Date and Input parameter screen accessible thoughout the site as pop up.
- Types: Room only, All Inclusive, Per Unit, Weekly only and a Sales calculation modules.
- Modes: Secure confirmed online reservation, email request, off site reservation on external website.
- Event Engine: Mandatory registration before access is allowed to the Booking Engine with a limited date range. A barcoded access pass is generated onscreen upon login.
- Shopping cart, barcoded multiple products/events ticketing optional.

Back end
- Web enabled administration - change anything from anywhere. MD5 encrypted passwords protect against unautorized access.
- Minimal allotment requirements(2 rooms/day). CORE sends you a mail if allotment is down.
- Promote individual hotels with special offers (Xth day free).
- Yield management - depending on demand, change your prices on a day by day need.
- Edit hotel data, allotment and price paramenters.
- Check reservations.

Realtime
- Use you own PMS to set the room rates, allotments and block-outs
- The requirenments are as follows: - All room requests have to be processed centrally and assigned room numbers ASAP. - Front desk is operating the PMS in concert with the online reservation department. - Every checkin and reservation starts as a ROOM REQUEST. Customers have a reservation number but no room number. As soon as the room is assigned, a PRODUCT RESERVATION NUMBER turns into ROOM NUMBER(S) and the product total of the reserved days is updated in the CORE allotment table for this product. - We have the expertise to make this work for you.
